Terms of service

1. Who we are

Cillionaire is operated by JEDI360, LLC, a limited liability company organised in Wyoming, USA.

2. The service

We provide ENS subnames under cillionaire.eth, a hosted profile page, managed onchain setup, and optional guided setup sessions.

A subname depends on the parent name and is not an independent .eth registration. Our ownership disclosure forms part of these terms.

3. Accounts and wallets

You sign in by signing a message with your Ethereum wallet. You are responsible for the security of your wallet. We will never ask for your seed phrase or private key.

Your name is assigned to the wallet you sign in with when you purchase.

4. Purchases, term and renewal

Each subname purchase covers a 12-month term starting when the name is confirmed active onchain.

Renewal is optional and requires a new payment. Nothing renews automatically.

If you don't renew, your name enters a 14-day grace period during which you can still renew it. After the grace period the name may be released and could later be sold to someone else.

5. Refunds

If we cannot create the name you paid for, you receive a full refund.

6. When we may change or remove a name

As the parent owner we can technically change or remove subnames. We will only do so to enforce expiry, to correct our own errors, to comply with law, or in response to abuse described in section 7.

7. Acceptable use

No impersonation, fraud, phishing, infringement of others' rights, or unlawful content in names or profiles.

We may refuse names, suspend hosted profiles, or act under section 6 for violations.

8. Protocol and third-party risks

ENS and Ethereum are operated by third parties. Protocol upgrades (including ENSv2), network congestion, or changes in app support may affect how your name works. We will notify you of changes that affect your rights.

9. No investment

Names are sold for use as identities. They are not investments and we make no representation about resale value.
