How JEDI360, LLC handles information when you use Cillionaire.

Draft — not yet in effect. This document is a working draft pending legal review. Cillionaire is in development and is not accepting payments.

What we collect

Wallet address. When you sign in, we record your wallet address and the time you signed in.
Orders. The names you reserve and buy, prices, and the status of each order.
Profile content. Anything you add to your hosted profile, which is public by default.
Payments. Card payments are processed by our payment provider. We receive confirmation of payment but do not see or store your full card number.
Security data. We keep a log of account and administrative actions, and use a one-way hash of your IP address to limit abusive request rates.
Cookies. We use cookies that are needed to keep you signed in and to protect sign-in. We do not use advertising cookies.

Information that is public by nature

Your ENS name, the wallet it points to, and any records you set are stored on the Ethereum blockchain. Blockchain data is public and permanent, and we cannot delete it.

How we use information

to provide and support the service, including creating your name onchain;
to process payments, refunds and renewal reminders;
to keep the service secure and prevent abuse;
to meet legal obligations.

We do not sell personal information.
